By accessing our website or using our Products or services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Suvidha AI Labs Private Limited provides (a) subscription-based business software (“Products”) for retail, pharmacy, distribution, and hardware businesses, and (b) AI consultancy services including digital advertising, AI-assisted creative production, and website/landing-page development.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (including PINs) and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.
Access to paid Products requires an active subscription. Fees, plan features, and usage limits are as described at the time of purchase. Fees are payable in advance and, unless stated otherwise, are non-refundable. We may revise pricing with prior notice; changes apply from your next billing cycle.
You agree not to misuse the services, including: violating any law; infringing others’ rights; attempting to breach security or reverse-engineer the software; using the services to send unlawful, spam, or non-consented messages; or reselling access without authorisation.
You retain ownership of the business data you enter. You are responsible for: the accuracy of your data; obtaining any necessary consents from your customers before adding their details or messaging them; and complying with all laws applicable to your business (including GST, and for pharmacy, applicable drug and licensing laws). You grant us a limited licence to process your data solely to provide the services.
Our AI features (document reading, the assistant, voice, search, and analytics) are tools that assist you and may produce inaccurate or incomplete results. They do not replace professional judgment. You must review and verify all figures, entries, billing, tax, and — for pharmacy — any medicine, composition, substitution, or dosage information — before relying on or acting upon them. For pharmacy use, all clinical and dispensing decisions remain the responsibility of a qualified pharmacist. We are not liable for decisions made in reliance on AI outputs without such verification.
All software, designs, content, trademarks (including “Suvidha AI”), and materials are the property of Suvidha AI Labs Private Limited. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Products during your subscription. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from them.
Our services may integrate third-party services (e.g., WhatsApp/Meta, payment providers, AI providers). Your use of those may be subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or actions.
The services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Suvidha AI Labs Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, data, or business. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the service in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your use of the services, your data, or your breach of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms or non-payment. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. On termination, your right to use the Products ends.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mandla, Madhya Pradesh.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
